Gartrell Awarded On‑Call GIS Support Contract with Walworth County, WI

We’re excited to share that Gartrell has been awarded a new on‑call GIS services agreement with Walworth County, Wisconsin. The County already has a strong, capable GIS team and a forward‑looking agenda, and we’re thrilled to support and accelerate their work.

Our Geo Strategy, Apps & Integrations, and Cloud Managed GIS teams will be partnering with the County on a wide range of initiatives, including:

• Esri platform deployments, extensions, and system optimizations

• Cloud migration planning, implementation, managed services, and training

• ArcGIS Enterprise administration and support

• Application development and configuration for Field Maps, StoryMaps, Dashboards, and Experience Builder

• Programming and automation using Python, SQL, and Arcade

• Database performance tuning and modernization

Although our team is distributed across the U.S. and Canada, this engagement is especially meaningful because we’ll be leading the effort from our relatively new Chicago office. After persistent encouragement from our friends on Esri’s Midwest state and local government team, we put down roots in Chicago to better serve organizations across the upper Midwest.

Partnering with Walworth County is an important milestone in that journey—and we’re eager to get started.
