Gartrell is partnering with Esri and the City of Hillsboro to develop an Equity Index and interactive mapping toolkit that bring an equity-focused lens to local decision-making. Building on past equity engagements, the project will help City staff and residents visualize disparities, understand community needs, and guide more informed investments and policy actions that support historically marginalized communities.
